Program Goals
- Clean, quality and fast drying results.
- Dispensing equipment that works at 100% efficiency.
- Answering service calls and sanitation problems promptly.
- Low detergent, rinse, and chemical use cost.
Service
- Personal service visitation every month, or not later than the same day for emergency calls on your dish machine. Not later than the next day for non-dish machine related problems.
- Assistance in maintaining appropriatE inventory levels, without overstocking.
- Providing regular and complete service and sanitation reports to the site managers.
- Performing routine and preventative maintenance on all dishmachines.
- Answering emergency service calls promptly
Equipment
- All automatic dispensing equipment will be state-of-the-art equipment.
- Equipment will be installed and maintained at no cost to your business.
- Where applicable, solid chemicals are recommended to insure end user safety, stability, and extremely low dilution ratios per used gallon.
Training
- In-house training for the appropriate staff. This training will include proper cleaning procedures as well as product knowledge and safety.
- Material Safety Data Sheets and wall mounted procedure charts will be provided for easy access.
